1. Business advertising only. Advertisements must promote lawful business goods or services. Political, election, partisan, social-issue, pornographic, discriminatory, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, illegal or otherwise prohibited content is not accepted.

2. Advertiser responsibility. The advertiser is responsible for the truthfulness, legality, ownership, safety and accuracy of the advert and destination. AllNaijaMarket may request evidence and may stop or terminate content that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful or contrary to this policy.

3. Platform moderation. AllNaijaMarket Customer Care and authorised Administrators may stop, resume or terminate an advertisement where moderation is reasonably required. A moderation reason must be recorded.

4. Rendered advertising days. Each advertising day begins at 12:00 a.m. Africa/Lagos. Once a booked day has begun, the service for that date is considered rendered and that particular day is not refundable merely because the advert is later paused, cancelled or terminated.

5. Advertiser voluntary cancellation. An advertiser may cancel a future paid day before that day begins. After cancellation, the advertiser has 7 calendar days to request the available refund. At the current ₦5,000 daily price, an eligible voluntary cancellation refunds ₦4,000 and retains ₦1,000 as the cancellation/payment-processing charge. The exact amounts and rules snapshotted for that booking govern if pricing changes later.

6. AllNaijaMarket staff termination. If AllNaijaMarket Customer Care or an authorised Administrator terminates an advertisement, every future paid day connected to that same advertisement which has not yet begun will be cancelled and refunded in full. Each eligible future day receives the full amount snapshotted for that booked day. Any day that has already begun remains rendered and is not refundable for that reason.

7. Refund processing and slot release. A cancelled future slot remains locked while its refund is pending or processing. The slot becomes available to another advertiser only after the payment provider confirms that the refund for that day was successfully processed. If a refund fails or requires attention, the slot remains locked until resolved.

8. Staff accountability. Every staff stop, resume, termination, refund approval and refund initiation is recorded with the acting staff account ID and an audit snapshot of the staff member's full name, role, email and phone, together with the reason, affected advertisement, affected dates, refund amounts, payment/refund references, IP address, user agent and timestamp. The internal audit snapshot is retained for accountability even if the staff profile later changes.

9. Refund requests. Customer Care and authorised Administrators may review and approve eligible advertiser refund requests and may initiate approved refunds through the configured payment provider. A staff member may also terminate an advert and initiate the full refunds required for its eligible future unrendered days.

10. No double benefit. A booking that has been successfully refunded cannot later be restored. Once the refund is processed, the released date and slot may be booked by another eligible advertiser.

11. Pausing and editing are different from cancellation. Pausing, editing or deleting advert content does not by itself cancel paid dates or create a refund request.

12. Agreement required. Before payment, the advertiser must affirm that they have read, understood and accepted the current Advertisement Policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Nigerian law.
