AllNaijaMarket Promoter Programme
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the temporary AllNaijaMarket Promoter Programme.
1. About the Programme
The Promoter Programme is a temporary promotional programme intended to help genuine people across Nigeria discover AllNaijaMarket. Participation does not make a Promoter an employee, staff member, agent, partner or representative of AllNaijaMarket.
2. One Account Per Person / Recognized Device
A person may create only one Promoter account. Duplicate accounts identified through email, bank information, device/browser identifiers, account relationships or other reasonable fraud-prevention signals may be blocked, suspended or deleted.
3. Legal Name and Bank Details
The legal name supplied during registration must reasonably correspond with the submitted bank account name. Promoters must carefully check their legal name, bank and account number before creating the account. These details are locked after account creation and are not editable through the Promoter platform. Payments are made only to the registered bank account. AllNaijaMarket is not responsible for failed, delayed or rejected payment caused by incorrect, invalid or mismatched information supplied by the Promoter.
4. Login and Security
The registered email address is the Promoter login username. Initial access information may be sent to that email. Promoters must protect their credentials and must not knowingly allow another person to operate their account.
5. Unique Promoter Link
Each Promoter receives a unique link. Only genuine first-time visitors validated by AllNaijaMarket may create visitor earnings. Opening a URL does not automatically create a payable earning.
6. First Attribution Wins
Where a recognized visitor has already been validly attributed to one Promoter, later visits through another Promoter link do not replace the original attribution or create a second visitor reward.
7. Visit Rewards
Approved visit rewards use the current programme rates in force when the earning is created. A Promoter without a Promoter referrer receives the current direct rate. A Promoter introduced by another Promoter receives the current referred-Promoter share while the direct referrer receives the one-level referrer share. No second, third or deeper level is payable.
8. Seller Conversion Reward
Seller registration, shop creation, product upload or service upload alone does not create a seller-conversion reward. A conversion becomes potentially eligible only after an attributed seller completes a genuine first qualifying platform payment and passes applicable security and fraud validation.
9. Prohibited Traffic
Bots, scripts, automated browsers, automated or AI agents used to manufacture visits, click farms, device farms, traffic exchanges, paid-to-click schemes, self-generated visits, artificial refreshing, VPN/proxy rotation used to manufacture uniqueness, intentional cookie/storage clearing, hidden links or frames, cookie stuffing, forced or misleading redirects, purchased fake traffic, fabricated sellers, fabricated shops, coordinated fake registrations, fraudulent payments and any other manipulation intended to create an earning without a genuine organic person are prohibited.
10. Fraud Detection
AllNaijaMarket may use automated and manual checks involving account, visitor, browser, device, network, registration, payment and behavioural information. Security thresholds and scoring methods are confidential and need not be disclosed.
11. Pending, Approved and Rejected Earnings
Earnings may be pending, approved, cancelled or paid. Pending amounts are not yet due. Only approved unpaid amounts qualify for payout. Confirmed inauthentic or fraudulent unpaid earnings may be cancelled. Confirmed fraud cancellation under the Promoter Programme is final and not subject to appeal.
12. Account Controls
AllNaijaMarket may place a Promoter under watch, payment hold, suspension or deletion where necessary for fraud prevention, security, programme administration or violation of these Terms. A single unusual signal does not necessarily prove fraud; patterns and combinations may be considered.
13. Monthly Payment
Approved Promoter payments are normally processed monthly or according to the timetable set by AllNaijaMarket. Payment is made to the locked bank account registered at account creation and may be subject to minimum-payout and validation rules configured by AllNaijaMarket.
14. Soft Account Deletion
A Promoter may permanently disable their account using the deletion function. This is a soft deletion. Login and new earnings stop, but historical records may be retained for payment, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and audit. Eligible approved unpaid earnings may still be paid after deletion.
15. Administrative Deletion
Authorised administrators may suspend, place on payment hold or soft-delete a Promoter account. Historical records and eligible payment obligations may remain accessible to authorised administrators after the Promoter loses access.
16. Promoter Slots and Registration Capacity
The programme may have a maximum number of Promoter slots. AllNaijaMarket may change that capacity or close new registration at any time. When all available slots are occupied, or when Admin closes new registration, no new Promoter accounts may be created. Existing eligible Promoters are not affected by registration closure and may continue to log in, share, earn and use their dashboards while the overall Promoter Programme remains active.
17. Programme Closure
AllNaijaMarket may suspend, close or permanently discontinue the Promoter Programme. When closed, registration, login, public Promoter buttons and new programme earnings may stop and Promoter pages may cease to be publicly available. Legitimate approved unpaid earnings that existed before the applicable cutoff remain available for authorised final payment.
18. Rates and Controls
Visit rewards, referral shares, seller-conversion rewards, validation periods, minimum payouts and programme availability are controlled by AllNaijaMarket and may be changed, scheduled or discontinued during the programme.
19. Honest Promotion
Promoters must describe AllNaijaMarket truthfully and must not make false guarantees, deceptive claims or binding commitments on behalf of AllNaijaMarket.
20. Personal Information
Promoter information may be used for authentication, attribution, account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, security and auditing in accordance with applicable law and AllNaijaMarket privacy obligations.
21. Acceptance
By creating a Promoter account, the Promoter confirms that the supplied information is accurate, the locked bank details have been checked, only genuine traffic qualifies, seller registration alone does not create a seller reward, pending earnings require validation, confirmed fraudulent unpaid earnings may be cancelled without appeal, and the temporary programme may be closed by AllNaijaMarket.
